Annette is suffering from a very serious overload of excitement and expectation, she’s afraid that her expressing them will drive her room-mates to pick up the phone and dial the number to the closest mental asylum. That is why she must take refuge to a quieter, although somewhat more public, environment of expressing oneself. What has caused this state of mind, you might ask. The answer is very simple, perhaps even trivial, but you see, as a student, the causes of delight are fairly few for Annette and that is why something of quite a small proportion blows up into this. Alright, enough of excuses. Time to put the cards on the table, time to come clean.

Minneapolisissa eletään ensi yönä Suomen aikaa historiallisia
hetkiä, kun Mikko Koivu johdattaa Minnesota Wildin jäälle Saku Koivun
kipparoimaa Montreal Canadiensia vastaan.
NHL:n historiassa yksikään
veljespari ei ole koskaan aikaisemmin kohdannut toisiaan joukkueidensa
kapteeneina.
- Erityisen tästä hetkestä tekee se, että pelaamme toisiamme
vastaan vain kerran vuodessa. Olemme kohdanneet toisemme vain kahdesti

Hey, c’mon! Give this poor girl a break! It’s not easy living without anyone to share this with (I miss you, Bina, so very much!). I’m thinking about making a blog that will run along side of this one. A hockey blog. That way this one won’t be drowned in hockey related things, for those of you who couldn’t care less… Does that sound like a good idea?
Anyway, back to the reasons for excitement, the reason why she’s planning on staying up tonight and watch the hockey game between the Wild and the Canadians. Four words: Saku and Mikko Koivu. There, enough said. No, wait a minute. I want to excuse myself a little more.
